Overview
AI Ads Manager is an internal advertising operations tool used to create, manage, review, and analyze Meta advertising campaigns for authorized business assets. The tool is used by authorized operators only and is not offered as a public consumer application.
Information We Access
When authorized through Meta Business tools, the application may access advertising account information, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, Page, business asset, and performance reporting data that is necessary to manage advertising activity. The application may also use destination links, WhatsApp contact links, ad copy, media names, and campaign settings provided by authorized operators.
How We Use Information
We use the information only to create paused advertising objects, upload or reference advertising media, review campaign configuration, retrieve performance metrics, and provide operational recommendations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use Meta data for unrelated profiling or resale.
Sharing
We do not share advertising account data with third parties except where required to operate the tool, comply with applicable law, or follow instructions from the business owner or authorized client. Data is transmitted to Meta only through official Meta APIs and business interfaces.
Data Retention
Operational records may be retained for audit, troubleshooting, and campaign management purposes for as long as needed by the business. Access tokens and credentials are stored locally or in controlled systems and should not be shared publicly.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to limit access to authorized operators. Operators are responsible for protecting Meta Business accounts, system user tokens, and connected advertising assets.
Your Choices
Business owners and authorized clients may request access removal, token revocation, campaign data removal from local operational records, or deletion instructions by contacting us.
