How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of local operational records associated with AI Ads Manager, email zl4529018@gmail.com with the business name, ad account ID, Page ID, and a description of the data you want removed.

What We Can Delete

We can remove local records, draft campaign configuration, local logs, and stored references controlled by our internal tool, subject to legal, security, and audit requirements.

Meta Platform Data

Campaigns, ads, Pages, Business Manager assets, and reporting data stored by Meta must be managed through Meta Business tools or Meta support. We can help remove our application's access from connected business assets when requested by an authorized business owner.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant business asset.
